AMUSE R1 TITAN has meticulously manufactured these titanium materials in Japan. Each sheet is tailored to match the diameter of the main pipe and expertly polished, resulting in the creation of 50-100mm polished titanium pipes exclusively for R1TITAN components. Every step in the assembly process is executed with utmost care, ensuring both the strength and aesthetic appeal of the titanium pipe. From precise cutting based on design blueprints to meticulous welding and optimal connection surface treatment, R1TITAN's flanges and seams exhibit exceptional durability and visual appeal. The final touch is a shining finish achieved through buffing and a baked coloring process, all performed by experienced artisans with a keen eye for detail.
Featuring a custom layout for each system, the R1 TITAN Titanium Gold Ring Exhaust includes a specially formulated three-layered titanium gasket, connection bolts, and a set of titanium bolts and nuts. The entire exhaust system is crafted entirely from titanium, providing an exquisite auditory and visual experience. Choose from three beautifully crafted titanium finishes for the dual tip design: Tail style, where only the end of the exhaust tip is colored; B Tail style, where the entire exhaust tip is colored throughout; and Mirror Finish style, offering a mirror-like titanium finish.
