At CarGym, we want you to feel as good as you look in our performance apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
